My First Barbie Cake

This was my first attempt on Barbie doll inspired cake & boy! how I loved the way it turned out.

Personalized cake for Dr. Karlo

This particular cake was obviously ordered for  a medical doctor who was  celebrating his birthday. The cake is  a 2-layer chocolate moist with chocolate ganache filling. It was covered with marshmallow fondant  and details were hand molded using satin ice rolled fondant.
